Sealed Bid Auction for Disposed Shop Equipment

USD 264 is having a sealed bid auction for equipment from the Clearwater High School industrial arts class that is no longer in use. The auction will be open from July 8th and close on August 2nd at 1 PM. The winner of each bid will be notified by August 5th. Details of the machinery are listed with the pictures and the name of the item with a reference number if multiple of the same machine or equipment. The winning bidder will be responsible for picking up and hauling the machine/equipment from Clearwater High School prior to August 14th. Detailed pictures are below.

Anyone wishing to purchase these items will need to submit a formal letter or email to Jason Johnson, 151 S First Clearwater, KS 67026 or jjohnson@usd264.org, requesting to bid on the item with the following information:

1. Item being bid on

2. Amount wishing to bid

3. Payment method (cash or check)

4. Date you can pick up the item (must be picked up by August 14th)
