Dental Screenings for USD 264 will be on the following dates:

9/9: 7th-12th grade students
9/16: PK-6th grade students

A dental screening is a short, 30 second visual assessment that does not require instruments and no x-rays or dental services are provided. Students screened will be given a report to take home after the screening. Students whose parent/guardian declined screening at enrollment will not be screened. However, if you do not wish for your child to have a dental screening but did not decline at enrollment please notify your child's grade level school nurse.
